Your account

Creating a Tutor Academy account is free. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to consent to processing under your local law) to use the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tutor Academy to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute content in a way that would misrepresent it or harm the tutors.
• Upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing material.

Affiliated tutor sites

Tutor Academy provisions accounts on independent tutor sites so you can sign in there with the same login. Those sites publish their own content and are governed by their own terms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or safety of third-party content, and educational content is for general information, not professional advice.

Intellectual property

Tutor Academy branding, layout, and original writing are owned by us or our tutors. You may share links freely. Republishing our content without permission is not allowed.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the "Danger zone" in your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tutor Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
