Stripe, Advent Bid Over $53 Billion For PayPal; DTCC Tokenizes Stocks

Stripe and Advent International have made a $53 billion offer to acquire PayPal, while the DTCC, in collaboration with major financial institutions, has successfully live-traded tokenized stocks and US Treasuries, with a full launch expected in October.
